Our shipping policy is super simple!!All our products are shipped from our facility here in Texas. We ofer a flat rate of S7.97 for all shipping & handling to
anywhere in the USA! As an added bonus, once you pay the $7.97, all orders placed within the next 12 hours ship for FREE!We understand you are excited to get your Swag Surplus goodies... who wouldn't be? That is why we make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible! We typically ship within 1-3 business days of your order!

Keep in mind that vour order(s) will be shipped to the address listed in your account at the time your order was placed. Once orders have been placed, we are unable to alter or cancel them in any way. In order to best serve our customers and ship orders in a timely manner, we cannot make adjustments prior to the package shipping out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking page to watch the status of your order.For those of you who live in the Wichita Falls, TX area, we offer the option of local pickup.

IMPORTANT: Due to space limitations, items that have not been picked up within 30 days from the date they were ordered will be considered abandoned so PLEASE don't forget to pick up your goodies!
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Can I return/exchange my order from Swag Surplus?We hope you enjoy your order. but if you need to return an item, we'll be happy to issue store credit in place of the item.
We offer online store credit for all returns.
All items must be returned to us with the Invoice and in the original condition, they were received. Returns are due at 624 Indiana St Suite 307 Wichita Falls, Texas 76301 within 30 days of the order date and an online store credit will be issued once processed! Credit will be applied for the price of the item and will not include any shipping and handling charges.
We will email you once the online store credit has been issued.
Items Eligible for Return:
• Online merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipped date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed. and unaltered
. Items must have original tags attached.
. Items must be stain-free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
. Items must be odor-free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
. Shoes must be returned with no signs of wear.Items NOT Eligible for Return:
• ITEMS DISCOUNTED ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
• PRE-LOVED ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
Black Friday Doorbusters are considered FINAL SALE.

Swag Surplus reserves the right to deem ANY sale as "Final" even if not marked as "Final" and reserves the right to classify any item as nonreturnable at its discretion. If any item does not meet these guidelines, it will not qualify as an acceptable return and no credit will be issued. The item will then be returned at the expense of the customer.
All items must be returned to Swag Surplus within 30 days of the shipped date. Please include the original invoice and any notes (email or written) as to why it is being returned.
