RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Can I return/exchange my order from Swag Surplus?
We hope you enjoy your order. but if you need to return an item, we'll be happy to issue store credit in place of the item.
We offer online store credit for all returns.
All items must be returned to us with the Invoice and in the original condition, they were received. Returns are due at 624 Indiana St Suite 307 Wichita Falls, Texas 76301 within 30 days of the order date and an online store credit will be issued once processed! Credit will be applied for the price of the item and will not include any shipping and handling charges.
We will email you once the online store credit has been issued.
Items Eligible for Return:
• Online merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipped date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed. and unaltered
. Items must have original tags attached.
. Items must be stain-free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
. Items must be odor-free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
. Shoes must be returned with no signs of wear.
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
• ITEMS DISCOUNTED ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
• PRE-LOVED ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
Black Friday Doorbusters are considered FINAL SALE.
. Beauty Products (i.e. brushes, sponges, make-up erasers, hair towels, etc.)
. Face Masks
. Undergarments
. Bodysuits
. Items that have been exchanged
. Any other item deemed "non-returnable” by Swag Surplus
The above items listed are merely an example of Final Sales and shall not constitute an exhaustive list of Final Sales or "non-returnable" items. Swag Surplus reserves the right to deem ANY sale as "Final" even if not marked as "Final" and reserves the right to classify any item as nonreturnable at its discretion. If any item does not meet these guidelines, it will not qualify as an acceptable return and no credit will be issued. The item will then be returned at the expense of the customer.
All items must be returned to Swag Surplus within 30 days of the shipped date. Please include the original invoice and any notes (email or written) as to why it is being returned.

Lost Packages:
We recommend insuring your package when sending it back. Swag Surplus is not liable for items that are lost while in transit.
Return Shipping Cost:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please note the requested size on the invoice. Should the requested size be available. we will make the swap and send the new size out. If unavailable we will issue credit to the platform where item was purchased. You will be notified via email. Once an item has been exchanged, the item Is now FINAL SALE.
